On September 13, 2024, information regarding an attempted hostile takeover of the Odesa Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry by certain members and a group of unknown individuals was published on the official pages of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Odesa Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The company "Allseeds Black Sea" condemns any unlawful actions aimed at changing the management of the Odesa Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This includes holding meetings or other gatherings that do not comply with the Chamber's Charter and the current legislation of Ukraine.
The ongoing cooperation between the Allseeds group of companies and the Odesa Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be suspended until this situation is resolved legally.
