Official opening of oil-extraction plant of Allseeds Group took place on July 16, 2015 in Yuzhny port of Odessa region. This enterprise is of the highest production capacity and is innovative in terms of technologies in entire oil production industry of Ukraine. 

on June 18, 2015 Allseeds received a certificate confirming the compliance of the completed construction facilities for the 2nd stage of oil-extraction plant in Yuzhny port. Certificates of completion construction issued for the second start-up complex, raw materials silo of first start-up complex and boiler with steam capacity of 50 t/h.

On the 20th of May 2015 in the Port Yuzhny of Odessa region was held the official opening of the elevator complex of the 2nd stage of oil-extraction plant of Allseeds.

The first vessel of crude sunflower oil was was shipped in 92 containers, with an average volume of 20 pounds. The total volume of shipped vessel from Terminal Allseeds Black Sea is 2000 tonnes of sunflower oil. Starting vessel of crude sunflower oil by flexitanks has been exported to China.

Allseeds received positive conclusion from "Ukrstateexpertize" for the project of the 2nd stage of construction in Yuzhny port - the construction of raw material silo. Next step of the company will be the receipt of the permit of construction and the begining of construction and installation works.

Allseeds starts cooperation with China on equipment supply for oil-extraction plant, which is under construction in Yuzhny port.

For half a year Terminal of vegetable oils Allseeds Black Sea has accepted 265 ths. tons of vegetable oil, therefrom 90 ths. tons were accepted via railway and 175 ths.tons from trucks. The total transshipped volume for the period is 252 ths. tons of vegetable oil.

In 2013 Terminal Allseeds Black Sea has accepted 121 ths. tons of vegetable oil, therefrom 43 ths. tons were accepted via railway and 78 ths.tons from trucks. The total transshipped volume for the period is 111 ths. tons of vegetable oil.

On October 3, 2014, as a part of the International Business Forim "Forum Odessa FDI. Focus 2014: Agro", with support of the Embassy of the Kingdom  of the Netherlands in Ukraine, the Dutch business mission visited the Terminal Allseeds.
